the corian is so hard that I couldn't just hammer the frets in. I had to softly widen the slots, then push each fret in with a clamp, and finally hammered them in. with a bit of CA glue.

aftter that I dressed the frets

and the neck is ready. via with the electrics!

I sanded the plate of the hardtail bridge so that it contacts perfectly the corian top.

and tested it all. it's ok.

then carved the forearm and back profiles, assembled her, made a setup and brought her to her first show!
